Communication Requirements

1.Frequent communication between engage partner, MIC, AIC and staff is most valuable.

2.Submission for QC review(including replies to QC comments) or to other related parties (including client) should be CCed to engagement partner and MIC.

3.Timetable and up-to-date information should be submit to engagement partner and MIC on a regular base.

4.Important E-mail communication (eg. report on the end of field work) should be CCed to relevant parties just like FM, FD, ED of the client as well as MIC and partner of the firm.

5.Important telephone conversation should be recorded as memorandum and E-mailed to  relevant parties.

6.Outstanding matters must be updated frequently.

7.Communication should be initiated by AIC actively.

8.In the end of a day's work, if there is any loose end, inform the higher authority before leave.

9.Communication is the key to success.
